Since the Pastides Alumni Center’s grand opening in fall 2015, Southern Way Catering has served as the exclusive event partner, providing guests with exceptional cuisine, professional event coordination and first-rate service to help ensure that each event flows seamlessly from beginning to end.
Blending Timeless Elegance and Southern Hospitality
Grand Ballroom
Featuring wood wall detailing, high ceilings and neutral design elements, the 10,000 sq. ft. Eliatamby Family Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 550 seated guests or up to 900 guests reception or theater style. This versatile room also can be divided into four smaller event spaces and connects to the Bond Family Ballroom Reception Area and gated outdoor patio.

Presidential Dining Room
The Robert V. Royall Presidential Dining Room and its pre-reception lounge area can accommodate up to 80 seated guests or 115 guests reception style. Rental of the area includes a side terrace and existing soft seating in the adjacent Thomas C. & Sherrill Knobel Hall Drawing Room.

Conference Rooms
The Pastides Alumni Center boasts seven spacious and technologically-advanced conference rooms that can accommodate up to 20 guests. Also available for limited use is The Honorable C. Edward Floyd Boardroom.
